Jennifer Thompson is an experienced commercial attorney who provides effective issue identification and business counseling on technology, marketing and construction transactions.  Jennifer’s previous work experience, both in house and at private firms, has given her significant exposure to the complex business issues facing players in dynamic and evolving industries.  She leverages this experience to comprehensively identify and efficiently communicate business risks and offer creative and effective solutions to a variety of commercial and contractual issues.

Jennifer has negotiated and drafted agreements for a broad range of technology-related commercial transactions including AI-driven call center dialing services; cloud-based marketing and data analytics; SaaS solutions; software licenses; social media influencer arrangements, marketing and incentive programs; interactive television ads and content offerings; media distribution arrangements; and general professional services offerings.  Jennifer also supports public utilities clients with counseling and development of new revenue opportunities and related implementation and contracting, infrastructure maintenance and support, as well as engineering, construction, project management and procurement contracts.

In addition to negotiating and drafting agreements in support of her clients’ day to day needs, Jennifer is adept at helping her clients streamline their contracting processes by counseling clients on internal procedural improvements, suggesting standard contract template updates and creating interactive and compelling training for contract negotiators.

Jennifer is a Director at Large for Women in Cable Telecommunications and is heavily involved in board and volunteer work for the schools and other activities of her three children in Milton, Georgia.
