Vesatee Merkerson is Director of Legal Operations at Patrick Law Group and has over 15 years of Executive Assistant and Project Management experience with a background as a Paralegal and a certification in Legal Project Management.

Vesatee’s prior experience as Senior Project Manager prior to joining Patrick Law Group at a National School Management company enabled her the ability to manage and lead a team of executives and 20+ employees, while implementing new processes and facilitating marketing and business development activities.

During her tenure at Mosaica Education, Inc. Vesatee was instrumental in developing a comprehensive monthly reporting process for School Boards of Directors to stay apprised of Mosaica Management services. Vesatee also developed an intuitive expense management and reporting process during her employment at both Mosaica Education and For Momentum, LLC. She also served as a business development liaison for Chinese opportunities including attending overseas conferences and events.

Vesatee has vast experience supporting Senior Executives in both corporate and small firms and has developed an amazing ability to coordinate and juggle schedules and deadlines while organizing meetings and managing projects accordingly.

As a Director of Legal Operations, Vesatee leads Patrick Law Group in the onboarding and management of clients and the project management of a small team of attorneys and staff.  She has held a similar role for over 15 years on behalf of large and small companies supporting both corporate business development and 40 international and domestic charter schools.

She also serves as a liaison for Patrick Law Group to resolve and manage client rate increases, human resources, IT issues, marketing initiatives and other operational developments. She has also gained tons of marketing experience in the writing and distribution of corporate communications for over 1800 employees worldwide.

Vesatee, began her career as a Customer Logistics Liaison and Project Manager for Ryder Logistics where she eventually moved into a domestic and international technology training role. Vesatee later decided on a career path lending to Executive Support at a small marketing firm in Atlanta. Fifteen years later, she is excited to support Patrick Law Group in the day to day Legal Operations of the company while also balancing weekly volunteer work for the small Atlanta Chinese community.
